Do you service houses?

No, we are strictly a commercial/industrial roofing company. While we do perform some sloped shingle/metal roofing, this is limited to commercial buildings.

I have a roof leak, is it covered under my warranty?

That depends. If your leak is caused by a material defect (such as a flashing that has
come unsealed), then it is typically covered. If your leak is caused by damage from an external reason (such as a tree branch or other trades working on the roof), then it is typically not covered. Consult your roof warranty for the full list of inclusions and exclusions!

I have a roof leak, how do I schedule a service call?

If your roof is still under warranty, please contact the manufacturer. Their contact information will be with your roof warranty paperwork, or you can find it on their website. The manufacturer will then contact a roofing contractor to set up a
service call.
If your roof is not under warranty anymore, you can contact us directly to set up a
service call!

Do I need to be a union member in order to work here?

Yes, all roofers must be a part of the Roofers Local 44 union hall, and all sheet metal tradesmen must be a part of the Sheet Metal Workers Local 33. The good news is
that registration is very easy! Contact the union hall to register. If you would like to
work specifically for Willham Roofing and we have an opening, we may also be able
to supply you with a letter of intent to aid in the registration.
